7-way splitscreen view selected. Drag and drop cameras from the list or the split view to reorder.

Accessing Recorded Video

Step 1: Click the Search icon at the top

Step 2: Select the camera(s) you want to search, then select the date/time to search using the calendar at the bottom

Click the calendar icon to make date selection easier.

The timeline will display blue lines whenever motion was recorded. You can double click anywhere on the timeline to start video playback. The time of the recordings are shown along the top of the graph in increments (10:10, 10:15, 10:20 in this example). The camera names are listed on the left.

Use the playback controls above the Timeline to Play/Pause, Fast Forward and Rewind. Each click of Fast Forward or Rewind will playback more quickly, similar to a DVD player. (ie 2x, 4, 8x, 16x etc) You can also click and drag the yellow slider bar left or right to quickly "scrub" through video.

You can zoom into the timeline to show better detail using the small green zoom in/zoom out buttons on the far left and right. You can see the timeline scale has changed to 1 minute increments (10:19, 10:20, 10:21, etc)

Step 3: Once you have the desired section of video, click the Export Video button.

Step 4: Select the folder on your computer where you want to save the video file. The filename defaults to the name of the Camera and the date stamp, but you can change it to whatever you want. The file type defaults to "Standalone EXE" which includes a built-in video player for Windows. You can also select "AVI" or "Quicktime .MOV" for a video file playable on Mac or PC.

Video exporting will begin immediately, and the file will be saved to your computer.
