Kantech KTES Intercom Quick Guide


Below is a quick guide for managing the tenant list for a Kantech KTES Intercom using the Kantech Entrapass software



Note: If Entrapass is not already running, Double-Click the Entrapass icon on your desktop to start it.




Click the green icon at the top to login



Enter the default username kantech and password kantech, then click OK


Adding New Tenants to the Intercom

Step 1: Click the Users tab, then Tenant List


Step 2: Select the Tenant List from the dropdown menu, then click Add


Step 3: Fill out the tenants name to appear on the Intercom along with phone number(s) for the Intercom to dial out to. Tenant ID is the dial code shown to visitors on the intercom panel.


Step 4: Click the Save icon

 


Editing an Existing Tenant

Step 1 : Select the User from the Tenant List, and make any changes desired to the fields on the right.




Step 2: Click the Save icon - the changes will then be updated on the intercom panel.


Deleting a Tenant

Step 1 : Select the User from the Tenant List, then click Remove.




Step 2 : Click the Save icon - the changes will then be updated on the Intercom panel
